We also arrange and structure financing within the scope of a syndicated loan or as a club deal. Leveraged Finance We offer corporate customers structured financing for the restructuring of the entire accounts payable to banks and recapitalisation (no financial restructuring). We also advise on achieving an optimum financing structure and the structuring of suitable borrowed capital products, net equity or similar products. Financing can be in the form of a syndicated loan or club deal.
