DZ BANK has commissioned these companies within the scope of a commissioned processing relationship pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The processors process the personal data of the website visitors to the extent necessary for the performance of their tasks in the context of the provision of services.Before passing on your personal data, we ensure that service providers commissioned by us have taken the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee an appropriate level of protection.

Furthermore, data will only be passed on to third parties if DZ BANK is legally entitled or obliged to do so or if you have given us your prior consent.

Our websites do not contain any plug-ins from social media platforms such as Facebook and Co. Insofar as symbols of these third-party providers are displayed on our websites, these are merely network references (links) to the respective social media platforms.
