The Code of Conduct of DZ BANK AG serves as the foundation for a corporate culture that is both legally compliant and ethically grounded, to which we are committed both internally and externally. Its provisions, as a concrete expression of our legal obligations, are ensured in their effectiveness and binding nature in relation to employees through internal regulations and guidelines, and provide us with guidance and certainty in our day-to-day business. The integrity of our employees is a crucial building block for the success of our bank. 

On this basis, the DZ BANK Group also has a corresponding Code of Conduct.
